Accordingly, almost all bike brands will be present at the Bike Kingdom Testride with a test fleet of bikes. In addition to the exhibitor and test area, food and drink stands provide new energy and breaks between testing mountain bikes and e-mountain bikes.

On 12 September 2026, the Mattmark Memorial will take place for the 8th time. The classic half marathon runs along historic paths through the Saas Valley (21K) and, like the practically flat lake circuit (8K), ends at the Mattmark dam. There are also two challenging alpine trails over 30K and 50K.

High up: Soaring over the mountains in a hot-air balloon. During balloonalps 2027, you’ll have the unique opportunity to enjoy a passenger hot-air balloon ride over the winter landscape of the Zell am See-Kaprun region. Winter is the best time for balloon flights, including for passengers, as the cold air, blue skies and low position of the sun at this time of year give passengers the best views.

1.5 kilometres of swimming, 40 kilometres of cycling and 10 kilometres of running: These are the key figures for the international TriZell triathlon: International Triathlon Zell am See-Kaprun. The sporting event is now in its 38th edition in Zell am See-Kaprun and attracts endurance athletes and ambitious triathletes to Lake Zell every year.
